Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. The main goal of Dwayne is to equip the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written numerous articles on the internet and has been a co-author of Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Re-invent Your Life With God's eternal truth. Kelleman & Viars).
