Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13 1962) is an American actress. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actress on Bad Boys in 1983. In the years since, she's been in WarGames as of 1985. Then, she appeared on The Breakfast Club in 1986, and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American writer and actress. Her film career began in her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, with other actors also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. Her debut success led her to appear in The Breakfast Club, a 1985 comedy-drama. John Hughes' film, produced by him, is one of history's greatest high-school films. The film was made for only $1,000,000 but it grossed in excess of $50 million. In the meantime she started appearing in different TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. It was her first TV appearance. This show aimed at teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other TV shows the actress appeared on. The most recent of her roles is in Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performances won many awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's Gold Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
