Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul musician, songwriter and actress. Her awards include the Grammy Award, Children's and Family Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award are just a few of her many awards she's received. She was also selected for the Academy Award. Andra Days is a strong artist who also writes well. Not only is she a master of the throwback genre of R&B but her origins are in blues and gospel jazz. The debut album of Andra Day, Cheers to the Fall (2015) has topped the hiphop/R&B charts. Additionally, her contribution towards Marshall (2017) brought her a Grammy Award as well as an Academy Award. She started her career on TV series like Orange Is the New Black and 666 Park Avenue and Blue Bloods. Her first film role was in the role of Allyson in the horror show Halloween. Andi Matichak was an American actress was born in Framingham in Massachusetts on the 3rd of May 1994.
